The International Society Of Hospitality Purchasers (ISHP) is a group of hospitality professionals who are dedicated to ethical procurement principles and fiduciary responsibility, development of universal product standards, and the development of educational and professional values. Although ISHP membership is limited to “hospitality procurement professionals”, it is our intent to build a common platform of understanding that will improve relationships between the specifier, interior designer, purchaser and the manufacturer/supplier; while continually upholding the integrity and ethics of the ISHP.
ISHP supports two charities in our ongoing process of giving back to the communities in which we live and work. 

Hollywood Heart is a non-profit organization that provides children affected with HIV/AIDS the opportunity to experience summer camp.  Hollywood Heart also provides movie making experiences for inner city children. To support these causes, more than $1,000,000 has been raised over the past few years, through the generous support of vendors who attended the annual ISHP Hollywood Heart fundraiser held in Miami during the HD Boutique show.
 
Our partnership with Gifts in Kind International, offers the hospitality industry and its vendors an opportunity to donate excess new inventory.  Over 50,000 charities rely on Gifts in Kind to provide them with the FF&E products that we as purchasing agents deal with on a daily basis. These products are sorely needed as furnishings to aid in providing shelter and housing to the homeless, less-advantaged, and those displaced in times of crises.
