Full membership candidacy fee is $500.00 (first year); annual full membership thereafter is $150.00. Associates in your organization may join for a $50.00 annual membership fee. Please complete and return the attached membership form to our Vice President — Membership . Once the application and sponsorship letter is received, it will be reviewed. This application review will be completed within 30 days of receipt.
