We, the Board of Directors of the International Society of Hospitality Purchasers (ISHP), the leading organization of hospitality purchasing agents, hereby agree to strictly adhere to the following statement of ethical purchasing practices:

When acting as a purchasing agent for our clients, in connection with the performance and obligations under this scope of work, we warrant that we shall not in any way accept undisclosed commissions, fees, or awards of any kind from product vendors, service vendors, or any other vendors involved in the project.
